Resistance Tube Workout
First thing find a partner
This one is MEDUIM strong perfect for me.
and for this workout you need to do at least one loop on your hand to make it harder.
then hold a elbow plank feet hip width apart, start extend your hand from chest to the back by your hip, and then back to your chest.
Do it slow resist!!!!!
Do it 30 secs to 1mins and then change to hand plank do the same movement for 30 secs to 1 mins.

Remember good form is make your hips paralle to the floor!!!!
